Jadeveon Clowney 2014 NFL Draft Status Falling

Jadeveon Clowney, the standout South Carolina Gamecocks Student and Defensive End, reached the top of the charts of many NFL Draft watchers after his amazing performance in 2013, and one that was punctuated by this still-shocking play against Michigan in the Outback Bowl shown in the photo.

But the 2013 season has been a disappointing one for those who believed Jadeveon Clowney was going to destroy the SEC. A series of nagging injuries combined with the large degree of attention placed on him, have combined to wreck his NFL Draft prospects, at least right now.

Jadeveon Clowney, Teddy Bridgewater Top NFL Draft 2014 Top 10 List

The NFL Draft 2014 is around the corner next year in April, so it’s not too late to start tallying the best players in the nation.

Even with his first game stomach virus problem South Carolina Defensive End Jadeveon Clowney, with his unique combination of size and speed, has to be at the top of the list. Number two for me is Jake Matthews, the 6’5, 305 pound Offensive tackle from Texas A&M. He’s moved over to Luke Joechel’s position to become the best offensive lineman in the nation.

The Zennie62 NFL Draft 2014 Top 10 list is ended by the amazing Quarterback Tajh Boyd of Clemson, who had an amazing game against Syracuse, throwing for 450 yards and five touchdowns.
